Plain-English version (the short one)
- I run this website. I’m a one-person operation. I don’t sell your data — to anyone, ever.
- If you sign up for the newsletter, your email goes to ConvertKit so I can send you recipes. That’s it.
- This site uses cookies for analytics (so I know which recipes are popular) and for ads (so I can keep the lights on). You can opt out — see the cookie banner at the bottom of any page.
- If you comment on a recipe, your name and email are stored so I can reply.
- You have the right to ask me what data I have on you and to delete it. Email [BUSINESS EMAIL].

You can request deletion of your comments and associated data at any time.
8. Analytics
We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use the Site. These tools may set cookies and collect data about your visit. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct or update inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing

10.2 CCPA / CPRA (California)
If you’re a California resident, you have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but some advertising-related data sharing may qualify as “sharing” under the CPRA. You can opt out via our cookie banner.
